• Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, order and dispatch.
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system
• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
• Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate.
• Liaising with production department for goods receiving.
• Physically scan and count items ensuring 100% accountability of products.
• Audit pre-counted products, assisted in audit set-ups, and perform one-on-one counts.
• Work directly with receiving and shipping departments in the DC to insure accuracy of inventory.
• Track and update the transfer of products from the distribution center to retail stores.
• Scanning inventory and updating information on the computer.
• Prepare detailed reports containing audit findings to be presented to Senior Management.
• Prepare inventory report for store management.
• Monitor stock inside the store and in the warehouse.
